Beauty in the Everyday: Egg yolk flower

I was making a cake yesterday and needed 7 separated eggs. Littlest begged to do the job for me and was happily surprised when she finished putting the last of the egg yolks into this measuring cup. We thought it was so pretty it deserved a mention. The yolk in the middle was lighter than the others, so she put it in the middle.
