Show & Tell Friday

I've wanted to participate in Show & Tell Friday ever since Kelli at There's No Place Like Home started it. What held me back? Good old procrastination.

I've been meaning to share an adorable tea set I bought right before Easter in the Cracker Barrel store. Aren't Cracker Barrel's little shops addictive? They have the best buyers!

I immediately fell in love with this mini tea set as soon as my eyes fell upon it. I am a big Beatrix Potter fan and I thought of her drawings as soon as I saw the cute bunny scene. And look at that wicker basket design on the tray and the bottoms of everything and the butterfly handles on top!

It only came with big mugs to drink from so I bought the egg cups to use as children's tea cups.

But I did love the mugs, so I bought a couple. :) See the little butterfly inside the mug? So cute!!

For more Show & Tell fun take the tour!

Oh, it's just lovely! The little one had Peter Rabbit bedding in her nursery - now I just use the bumper pad tucked around the mattress because it doesn't quite fit the crib. (yikes, I know.) Before I left work when she was born, my co-workers held a Peter Rabbit themed shower for me. Two gifts I remember that correlate to the story were a jacket with "brass" buttons (jean jacket) and safety latches and diapers for when he snuck into the garden and fell in water. Ah, memories!

Hi, Elizabeth, welcome! Yes, I always find something I want there! The hard part is waiting for the sales! In this case, I did not wait. I wanted it that bad! lol

Lenetta, how sweet! I love those shower gifts! Very creative!
